Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or tap into a room. Tap In is built for nightlife and adult events. If you're under 18, don't use it.

You're responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping access to your login method secure.

Don't harass, threaten, stalk or impersonate anyone. Don't post content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or that you don't have the rights to share. Don't upload photos of people who haven't agreed to be photographed.

Don't use Tap In to spam, scrape guest lists, resell contact details, or bypass a room's visibility, location or access rules.

Hosts are responsible for their own rooms, including any marketing they send to guests who consented, and must follow applicable marketing and privacy laws.

We can remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules, at our discretion and without notice.

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant us permission to store and display it inside the app so the feature works — for example showing your album photo to other guests in that room.

Tap In is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise uptime, that location or check-in features will be accurate, that messages will be delivered, or that data will never be lost. Features may change or disappear.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for anything that happens between users at real-world events. Meeting people you found through the app is your own decision and your own risk.

You can stop using Tap In whenever you like, end your visibility per room, or ask us to delete your profile. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
